A Legacy of Grace: Gary Wend Memorial Garden

A Community Sanctuary for Healing

The Gary Wend Memorial Garden is a beautiful outdoor space and public resource for healing the wounds of grief and loss.

This memorial garden was established in 2021 to honor the memory of Gary Wend, a Licensed Therapist for 46 years who served the Grace community and tragically passed during covid. He touched countless lives throughout his career.

The Expansive Walking Field

Movement as Medicine

For many, sitting face-to-face in a room feels restrictive. Our expansive walking field offers a "walk-and-talk" experience where the physical act of moving forward helps the mind process difficult emotions.

Open to the Public. This field is our gift to the Chesterfield community. Whether you are a client or a neighbor, you are welcome to use these paths for your own quiet walks and moments of clarity.

Cultivating Purpose

The Veterans Garden

Healing is an active process. Our Veterans Garden is a space where those who have served our country can work the soil, tend to growing life, and find a sense of renewed purpose.

This is a "giving garden." The fruits and vegetables grown here by our veterans are harvested and donated directly to local food pantries to support families in need within our community.

The Private Patio

Soak in the Sun

If you prefer a seated session but want the benefits of the outdoors, our private wooden patio offers the perfect middle ground. Tucked away from public view, it provides a quiet, secluded environment where you can enjoy the sounds of nature while maintaining the confidentiality of a traditional office.
