The "Financial Grace" Program

We believe that mental health is a right, not a luxury. If you're uninsured or have a high deductible that makes therapy feel out of reach, we are here to help.

We offer a Sliding Scale Fee based on personal need & your ability to pay. This ensures that our high-quality, licensed care remains accessible to students, families on a budget, and those in transition.

We are in-network with several major providers (such as BCBS). Because every plan is different, we offer a free benefits check before your first appointment so you know exactly what your out-of-pocket cost will be with no surprise bills. Find more information on our billing process

As a non-profit, our mission is to ensure no one is turned away due to a lack of funds. We offer sliding-scale rates and financial assistance programs based on your personal needs. Please don't hesitate to ask us about these options.

We accept a variety of payment methods including cash, checks, and all major credit or debit cards.  We also accept secure electronic payments through our online client portal.

If we are out-of-network for your specific plan, we can often provide you with a "Superbill" that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Our team can help you understand how this works.  We also offer 'sliding-scale' rates to ensure financial accessibility is never a hurdle for anyone.

Our billing team can assist with insurance verification so you know costs in advance.

We value our time with you and ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations.  This notice allows us to offer the opening to another individual, couple, or family in need of care.  Please note that consistent no-shows or late cancellations may result in the conclusion of services so that we can maintain availability for our community.
