Our Non-Profit Philosophy
What "Grace" Means to Us
Client-Centered Care
Because we are a non-profit, our success isn't measured in profit margins, but in restored lives and healed families.
Professional Excellence
"Non-profit" doesn't mean "amateur." Our team consists of highly trained, MI-licensed clinicians specialized in trauma, marriage, child development, and more.
Spiritual Inclusion
We honor the whole person. If faith is part of your journey, we integrate Christian values into your care. If it isn't, we provide a respectful, inclusive space where your personal worldview is the priority.
Our Story
It Started with a Single Chair
In 2009, I sat in a church library and welcomed people in to sit down and share their stories, their troubles. As a licensed professional counselor, my heart longed to help those who were falling through the cracks. Those without resources.
Having gone through my own struggles earlier in my life, I was blessed to find caring counselors that helped me, when I needed help and had no resources to pay. That did not stop them from helping me. I vowed to "pay it forward". I overcame my own challenges, returned to school to finish my master's degree in counseling, and "hung a shingle" on the church door in Chesterfield, Michigan.
Small Beginnings, Regional Impact
We’ve traded that library desk for a 3-acre campus, but our heart remains the same: ensuring no one in our community has to fall through the cracks.
